Once your transaction is done, you will receive a link on your email requesting funds. Click on the link, select your bank, login, and confirm the amount you transferred.

When paying by debit card, you will be redirected to a payment site where you will be prompted to enter you debit card information. Make sure to enter data that matches your debit card records including the phones number and the zip code. If the information matches, you will receive a "Transaction Successful" message. In case there is a problem in the processing, you will receive a failure notice, and the transaction will be voided. Successful transaction will then be paid to the beneficiary.
When paying by bank account, we will ask you for the account and routing number. You will be able to maintain more than one bank account on record. When completing a transaction, you will receive a "Transaction Successful" notification. Your bank account will be debited the next day. If the payment is rejected the next day by your bank, then you will receive a "Transactional Canceled" notice in the email. In case of cancellation, the beneficiary will not receive the funds.
