After logging into your account for the first time, you may be required to provide us your identification related documents, such as your driver license. You can upload any such required document. Please note that we are required by law to verify and keep record of your identification in our files.
Once the transaction is created, a confirmation page is displayed with the transaction number. You would need this transaction number to check the status. You can login to your portal and see the latest status or you can call us at our support number to get the updated status. You can find our phone number in the contact section
There is NO service charge for amounts above $150.00 for both CAD & USD currencies. However, generally you can use the Fee Calculator to see the actual amount your beneficiary will be receiving.
For Canadian Customers:
Currently, we only accept Interac Online payment method.
For US Customers:
We accept e-Check payment method.
As long as your transaction is being done before 3.00 pm EST on business days, it will be processed the same day. Otherwise, it will be processed the next day. It takes two business days for this process to complete.
Cash Pickup
Recipients can collect their cash within 24 hours after the confirmation of the money transfer.
Bank Deposit
The beneficiary's account will be credited within 3-5 business days.
Regarding cash pick up, the beneficiary can collect money via our partner bank's (MCB) over 1100 locations in Pakistan. Moreover, bank deposits can be done to any bank in Pakistan. You can provide the Bank Account details of your beneficiary and the money will be deposited directly in your beneficiary's account.
Yes, your information is secured via SSL which uses 256-bit encryption algorithm. This protects transactions and confidential data in transmission.
